Another Library Loaner :)
Mixed feelings on this book. It was a fairly easy read, but like a few "New York" books I have read, I had difficulty connecting with the story completely. Plus the author uses the word "beat" often to indicate a pause in action or conversation and for some reason that grated on me. If you enjoy a "girl power" book once and a while, you might enjoy this one. Also, there are funny bits.
